  It's unlikely, using Steam as a metric, Mac OS has like 3.31% market share on gaming and significantly less when you look at Korea (which is where it would have to come from).
• Highly unlikely, due to
  1. the game uses Windows ownly resources and would need to be recoded all over again for them to make this possible (which I do not see happening at all with this old game)
  2. Mac doesn't have that big of a computer install base compared to PC for them to put in the manpower to recode it
  3. as stated above, Mac is not the mass choice of gaming computer in Korea or used in PC Bangs in Korea (also not that widely used in japan either)
  4. considering that, in order for you to log into the KMS website, you still have to use some form of IE (because they still have not updated their keyboard protector program to work on any other browser) I seriously do not see them making a port or recoding the game for mac if they can not recode their keyboard protection (their anti-hack, anti-keylog program) to work on more browsers than IE.
  if you want to play it on your mac, you will simply have to use bootstrap
