Irobot Scooba Firmware Update 7.0

Ensure you have a micro USB to USB cable before beginning Scooba software update procedure.

  1. Right click My Computer (located on the desktop or in the start menu) and choose Properties.

  2. Note windows edition and system type (32 bit of 64 bit).

  3. Download the appropriate software.

  4. Choose language and click OK.

  5. Click next to confirm destination folder.

  6. Accept licensing agreement and click next.

  7. Click next to choose destination folder.

  8. Click Install.

  9. Click finish to launch updater utility.

  10. Select language. Turn Scooba on and connect it to the computer via micro USB to USB. The USB port is located under the handle.

    Note: Scooba may beep throughout the update process.

  11. Check the box to send robot's diagnostic information to iRobot (optional). Click Download and Install. Do not disconnect or turn off robot during this procedure.

  12. Click OK. You do not need to save the transaction confirmation number.

  13. Click Exit Application.
